Caprice-Kwai Ambersley, an 18-year-old model and fashion student from London, has described the disabilities she’s lived with since aged ten as having ‘shaped who is she is today’.

Utilising crutches to help her manage leg conditions including osteoarthritis, joint hyper-mobility and chronic pain syndrome, the aspiring model and influencer has not let her disabilities stand in her way, recently starring in body-positive campaigns for Wella, Samsung and Little Mix star Leigh Anne Pinnock’s swimwear brand, In ‘A’ Seashell. Just starting out in fashion, Ambersley says she wanted her modelling to ‘challenge the status quo’ and ‘show the world that everybody is beautiful’, and one day plans to start her own inclusive fashion line.
